"Pua" is situated in one of the prettiest lanes of the flea market. The restaurant is designed in the spirit of the marked as an eating establishment of the 1950's, and is full of antique furniture, art work, amazing serving pieces, that everyone collected from the market and are even for sale. Breakfasts are served the entire day and are resplendent in the bold use of excellent local spices, fresh vegetables arriving every day from market and special cheeses, made by the chef. The meal, whose main portion is the salad, diced finely, cheeses, eggs and omelets and home-made jam, is served with "real" bread that is purported to be healthy, but we guarantee that it is delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. In short, a correct Israeli breakfast. Saturday mornings at Pua is the time for the little ones, sitting mesmerized by the story and creative hour, and Thursday nights (from 10 P.M.) music lovers are drawn here (alongside the good food) by the live music appearances. On the second floor is a gallery exhibiting temporary exhibitions.
